HEAD COACH

Roger Chung

Hi, I'm Roger and I have a passion for helping people become their best selves. I love Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, eating delicious food and reading books.

 

I'm not a bodybuilder. I train for performance and to comfortably fit into my clothes while still being able to enjoy beers and burgers every now and again. I am a father of one and know what it is like trying to maintain your fitness around a growing family.

My goal is to help everyday people finally be in control of their health and fitness. Whether that be maintaining a healthy weight, getting obscenely strong, eliminating constant pain or being physically prepared for anything life throws at you.

I've been training people since 2018 and helped countless people drastically improve their lives. If you're looking for a trainer who you can trust, who actually cares about your wellbeing and makes sure you're doing things the right way, then let's chat, I can't wait to meet you!

COACH

Ju Bae

Hey, I'm Ju! Growing up, I was always active, running track and field, skiing alpine slopes, and diving into all kinds of sports. During university, I even competed and earned 3rd place, and had the amazing experience of working as an instructor in South Korea.

Since 2017, I’ve been deeply into bodybuilding. Along the way, I’ve faced my share of injuries and undergone multiple surgeries. But instead of slowing me down, these experiences fuelled my passion for health and fitness even more. Since 2021, I’ve been sharing that passion with others as a personal trainer.

I specialise in helping women in their 20s and 30s with female-specific training, as well as men recovering from injuries—focusing on core stability, functional training, and smart, sustainable progress.

What excites me most is combining different styles of training: I blend traditional bodybuilding with functional training and Pilates to create synergy between strength, stability, mobility, and flexibility. I truly believe the effectiveness of a program depends on you—your goals, physical abilities, lifestyle, and even your personality and tendencies.

My mission is to bridge the gap between rehab and intense training, helping clients move pain-free, master perfect technique, and feel strong in their bodies again. I’m a well-rounded trainer, ready to help you train smarter, recover better, and stay strong—whether you're bouncing back from an injury or aiming to hit your next big fitness goal!
